We have absolutely loved living in Stirling Close. It’s a wonderful estate with a real sense of community - the neighbours are friendly, supportive and always willing to help, which has made it a lovely place to call home.
The area is perfect for anyone who enjoys getting outdoors. There are fantastic walks right on the doorstep, whether it’s a quiet morning stroll or an afternoon out with the family. We’ve always appreciated how peaceful and welcoming the surroundings are.
Another big positive has been the excellent local amenities nearby. Everything you need is close - shops, parks, schools, cafés and great transport links - making everyday life that bit easier and more enjoyable.
This house has honestly been perfect for us, and we’ve made so many happy memories here. We’re not leaving because we want to; it’s simply the right time for us to make our next step. We hope the new owners will enjoy it every bit as much as we have.

This house truly is in immaculate condition throughout with our sellers having looked after it since purchasing from new. It sits in a fantastic position within Buckler's Park in a quit cul de sac but just a few of minutes walk away from Buckler's Forest. Our sellers have perfectly summed up why not only is this a great house but also a fantastic location with so many amenities on your doorstep.
These Legal & General Homes really are built to a very high standard, as soon as you are welcomed in, you an immediately tell that this home has been well looked after. To the front you have a well fitted cloakroom but on the opposite side you will find spacious living room with tall ceilings and a wonderful floor to ceiling window. Following down the open entrance hall, you are taken to our favourite room downstairs which is the open plan, kitchen and dining room. Not not only does it boast full Bosch integrated appliances, plenty of storage but you've also got extra storage under the stairs. The bi-folding doors leading onto the garden makes it an ideal entertaining space, which we absolutely love.
Upstairs the spacious landing leads you to all three good size bedrooms. The two bedrooms at the front are a great size with bedroom two having the benefit of built in wardrobes and again the floor to ceiling window. The master bedroom also has built wardrobes but also comes with it's own fully tiled en suite shower room. One of the things we love about these houses are the bathrooms because the specification is excellent as you can see. Not only is it fully tiled and a good size, but you also have the huge mirror which is both lit and has a heater behind it.
The garden is lovely having been landscaped with the patio and decking area, it also has outside sockets and access to the rear which leads you onto the carport and parking space. However there is plenty of other parking available for visitors. This is a great new community with a lovely feel and could make a fantastic purchase for someone who is looking for something ready to move straight into. This really does have to be seen in person to appreciate how superb this home really is. We can't wait to take you on a tour.

This is such a fantastic location, Buckler's Park is very desirable with over 100 acres of beautiful woodland walks right on your doorstep. This is perfect is you are a keen cyclist or have a dog but there are plenty of fantastic children's playparks around the development. There is such a great community here coupled also with the recently built Co-op and Hall & Woodhouse pub and restaurant just a few minutes walk away from this home. Although this is right on the bus route, Crowthorne High Street is only at 15 minute walk away where you have all of the local village amenities including a doctors surgery, coffee shops, supermarkets and independent local businesses. There is also a parade of shops even closer on Greenwood Road only a 10 minute walk away for your everyday essentials. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
