Description
1 Teise Close is an attractive, detached family house on a no-through road, situated in a highly regarded residential development on the southern fringe of Tunbridge Wells. Built in 1999, this thoughtfully designed home has been in the same ownership since it was new and is excellently positioned for the schools and amenities of Tunbridge Wells’ town centre. With high ceilings throughout and tasteful fixtures and fittings, this well-maintained house offers excellent potential for its next owners to improve.

The house takes full advantage of the sizeable and private corner plot, running off Teise Close and benefitting from a standalone garage of approximately 155 sq ft, as well as a garden to the front and ample space for car parking on the forecourt. Connecting the garage and main property is a gate leading to the fully secluded and fenced rear garden. This delightful south-west facing space is neatly kept and has been lovingly maintained, featuring a patio as well as a lawned garden, with a flower border running along the length of the garden.

The internal accommodation, while in need of modernisation, offers excellent potential with a light and spacious layout featuring three separate reception rooms.

The ground floor sitting room occupies the full width of the house and enjoys a good level of natural light, thanks to the large bay windows to the rear and French doors leading to the garden. This spacious room enjoys good ceiling height and features a fireplace. The family room also has an outlook from both ends, to the front and rear, with doors leading to the patio and garden, and is accessed directly off of the kitchen.

The property is currently configured with four generously sized bedrooms, with the principal bedroom offering an ensuite bathroom and built-in wardrobe storage space. The second bedroom, of similar size also benefits from an ensuite bathroom and views over the front. Two additional bedrooms are found on the same floor, with potential use as an office or study, as well as a family bathroom.
