Owner’s View:
Dundas Court has been a sanctuary for our family through every stage of life. What began as the perfect city home for a young professional naturally evolved into an ideal space for us as a couple-and later, as new parents. We’ve cherished the blend of heritage and contemporary design, the calming riverside walks, and the convenience of having theatres, cafés, and restaurants right on our doorstep.
It has also been a great source of rental income, achieving around £2,400 per month-making it an excellent investment as well as a perfect home for a Single occupant preferred or a small family.
Even during lockdown, the location offered comfort and ease, with everything we needed close by. Over time, we realised this wasn’t just a home-it was a place designed to support growth, lifestyle, and wellbeing. Its thoughtful amenities and proximity to essential services made everyday life effortless.
We hope the next owners experience the same comfort, joy, and sense of belonging that made Dundas Court so special to us
