Beautifully presented detached family home in the heart of harpham

Summary:
This stunning detached family home is located in the picturesque village of harpham, offering a peaceful setting with views of the manor house and church. The property is immaculately presented and offers a spacious layout, including three double bedrooms, a modern breakfast kitchen, and a beautifully landscaped garden with a glass-roofed veranda. With a detached garage, office/hobby room, and additional features such as a greenhouse and summerhouse, this home is perfect for families or anyone seeking a rural lifestyle with modern comforts.

Our Thoughts:
This property is a real gem, offering everything you’d want in a family home. The location is fantastic – Harpham is a lovely village, and the views towards the manor house and church really add to the appeal. Inside, the house is in excellent condition, with a layout that works brilliantly for modern living. The lounge is bright and airy, thanks to the dual aspect windows, and the breakfast kitchen is well-equipped with integrated appliances, making it a great space for everyday use. The garden room is a real highlight, with double doors leading out to the garden – it’s a space you can enjoy all year round.

Upstairs, the three double bedrooms are all a good size, and the house bathroom is modern and well-fitted. Outside, the garden is a real credit to the current owners – it’s been beautifully landscaped and offers plenty of space to relax or entertain. The glass-roofed veranda is a fantastic addition, allowing you to enjoy the garden whatever the weather. The detached garage with the office/hobby room is a great bonus, offering extra flexibility for work or leisure.

This home is ready to move into and would suit a range of buyers, from families to those looking to downsize but still wanting plenty of space. It’s a property that really needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.

Owners Thoughts:
We’ve loved living here and have put a lot of care into making this house a home. The village of Harpham is such a lovely place to live – it’s peaceful, and the views from the house are something we never tire of. The layout of the house has worked perfectly for us, with plenty of space for family life and entertaining.

The garden room is one of our favourite spaces – it’s so light and looks out onto the garden, which we’ve really enjoyed working on over the years. The veranda has been a great addition, as it means we can sit outside even when the weather isn’t perfect.

The detached garage and the office/hobby room have been really useful – it’s great to have that extra space. We’re sure the next owners will love living here as much as we have.
