Seller's comments...
Location, Neighbourhood, Size and layout, We bought the property in July 1999 and lived in it for about 5 years, during which time we were very comfortable and happy with great neighbours. Since then we have always rented it to a series of long term tenants. Due to its location and well maintained condition it has never been vacant for more than two weeks between tenants, most staying for more than 3 years. We refurbished the bathrooms and kitchen in 2020. The garden is south facing so is great when the sun shines and we fitted solar panels so it also generates a lot of power which reduces the electricity bills. The house is very warm and cosy, with a real open fire in the sitting room. There are shops and local amenities a 5 minute walk away and being on the edge of town you are in the countryside in minutes or on the M40 motor at junction 10 in under 10minutes, great location.
Agent's comments...
A well-presented four-bedroom detached home positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac on Bure Park, offered to the market chain free. Ideally located close to Bure Park Primary School, local shops, and green spaces, this property provides practical family living with modern upgrades throughout.
The accommodation includes a welcoming lounge, a separate dining room, and a re-fitted kitchen/breakfast room completed within the last five years. A downstairs W.C. Adds further convenience. Upstairs, the generous master bedroom benefits from a re-fitted en-suite shower room, also updated within the last five years. Three additional bedrooms are served by a re-fitted family bathroom, and the carpets have been renewed throughout the home within the same timeframe.
Outside, the south-facing rear garden offers a bright and private space to enjoy, while an integral garage and driveway provide useful storage and parking. The home also features solar panels, adding to its long-term efficiency.
A fantastic opportunity to secure a modernised family home in a highly sought-after location. Chain free and ready for its next chapter.
