There is a septic tank which is maintained by the park. There is fibre broadband to the park.
When you sell the lodge you pay a Pitch Licence Transfer Fee calculated at 15% plus VAT of the advertised sale price.
Pitch fees must be maintained as fully paid until the subsequent 31st March following pitch transfer.
Not available for ownership and occupancy by families i.e. With dependent children under the age of 21 years.
