The vast reception room is one of the main draws to the property.
With period features including wooden floors, exposed brick and two sets of patio doors, all of which enhance the already charming room.
There is ample space for a large dining table, making the room ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.
The kitchen has the perfect mix of character and modern, with a solid wooden work surface and all your everyday mod cons.
Located just off the reception room, it creates a semi-open plan feel and complements both rooms.
Also, on this floor, there is an under-stair storage cupboard for your larger everyday items.
Access to both the private patio and the top terrace is from the reception room, offering wonderful outside space and different seating areas.
On the top floor, the three bedrooms are located, with the master bedroom further benefiting from a double built-in wardrobe and ensuite.
The other two bedrooms are both good-sized double rooms.
The family bathroom with a full-length bath is also on this floor, all adding to the enjoyment of living within the property.
As you enter the property, there is a sizeable hallway, great for shoes, jackets and children's bikes/scooters.
Ark Court offers a gated ‘first-come, first-park’ area and a covered place to lock your bikes.
Owner’s Comments;
I have loved living in this lovely building, which is on such a quiet street
The building itself is very friendly, with an active WhatsApp group, and it has always felt safe.
It has been a real plus having access to a gated car park.
As for the location, it has been incredible living so close to Abney Park, Clissold Park and Stoke Newington Church Street.
The top terrace is a real sun trap in the summer and great for day entertaining, while the bottom terrace gets lovely sun in the morning (in the summer) and is a nice cool space to relax in the evenings.
In terms of the property, the selling points for me were the huge living area, terraces and 2 bathrooms.
Location;
Clissold Park is less than a 10-minute walk away, with tennis courts, a city zoo, and a lido, and has several events throughout the year.
Church Street and Stoke Newington High Street (leading to Dalston) can be reached in a few minutes via shortcuts and offer a great contrast of two very different vibes.
Albion Road has a selection of handy, convenient shops and a personal favourite cafe, the Muddy Puddle.
Newington Green has an array of everyday amenities alongside boutique shops and award-winning bars and restaurants.
Transport;
Transport links to the City, Kings Cross, Euston, the West End, and beyond are excellent, with the bus route running just five minutes from the flat.
Stoke Newington High Street Overground Station is the nearest station, less than 5 minutes away, and a quick change at Seven Sisters Underground Station on the Victoria Line offers a quick route to Central London.
Ideal for those looking to upsize, young families and for people planning to rent out a room/sharers.
An early viewing is highly recommended.
Dalston Kingsland Overground Station, for Westfield Stratford, is a 15-minute walk. And Dalston Junction connects to the Elizabeth Line at Whitechapel in eight minutes.
Ideal for those looking to upsize, young families and for people planning to rent out a room/sharers.
An early viewing is highly recommended.
