Lots of storage built in to all bedrooms, modern and easy to maintain. Huge driveway, can fit 4 small cars and parking all up road as well. Incredible neighbours next door and next door again both sides, always around to help if needed. Opposite allotment and so lovely view and very quiet road. In between Poole and Bournemouth, great access to bus route and near train station. Lots of lovely walks e.g Coy Pond, Talbot Heath, Bourne Valley Nature Reserve, Great size garden for pets and children but not too much to maintain. Near corner shop and fantastic Chinese takeaway.”
Where it is.
Branksome is an extremely popular location mainly due to the train station with direct routes to Waterloo, London making it a great spot for commuters. This property is in fantastic school catchment and a 5 minute walk to the nature reserve. Coy Pond gardens which is a lovely walk leading straight to Bournemouth and in turn, the award-winning beach taking approx 30 minutes or better still a 15-minute cycle. You can walk to local schools too. Both Bournemouth & Poole town centres are both within easy reach.
