What do you love most about your home?
It's been the perfect first London property for the two of us. It's a beautifully finished and cosy home with space to work from home and an incredibly welcoming living room/kitchen. Having outdoor space is a massive bonus as well as the communal balcony which we use for a change of scenery.
Why are you moving?
We're only moving so that we can find somewhere with a second bedroom and a garden.
What do you love about the area?
The area has the perfect mix that we were after. It's very central and easy to get to most places in London (Bow Road underground being a 7 minute walk) whilst also feeling like a friendly neighbourhood full of great cafes and pubs. Being sandwiched between Hackney Wick, London Fields, Bethnal Green and Stratford has been a dream and the two minute cycle into Victoria Park on a Sunday will be sorely missed...! The Green Goose pub (few minute walk) is a personal favourite of ours, Mae and Harvey on Roman Road is our favourite cafe.
