Offered to the market with scope for both rear and loft extensions (subject to the usual consents), this well proportioned property is ideal for those looking to create a long term family home in one of Petts Wood’s most desirable pockets.
The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious entrance hall, leading through to a generous open plan living and dining room, perfect for both everyday living and entertaining. To the rear is a modern extended kitchen, complemented by a convenient downstairs WC, all enjoying views and access out to the large garden.
Upstairs offers two spacious double bedrooms, a third single bedroom or home office and a good sized family bathroom suite.

Sellers comments
We’ve truly loved our time here and it’s not easy to say goodbye to a home that has given us so many happy memories. The location has been incredible, being so close to Petts Wood High Street and the station has made everyday life and commuting so easy. The family have enjoyed the local Jubilee Country Park and Woodlands.
The house itself has been a wonderful family home and has been a real joy over the years. While it’s a shame to leave, the time feels right for us to move on as our family’s next chapter begins.
What’s excited us most is knowing how much potential the house still has. We’re confident that the next owners will see the same possibilities we did and make this their forever home, putting their own stamp on it and enjoying it just as much as we have.
