Owners Comments...
I have found my apartment in Elliott Court to be an extremely comfortable and secure place to live, with a friendly community made up largely of professionals. The development is set on a quiet road, creating a peaceful environment while still being wonderfully convenient.
The property is within easy reach of a lovely local park and a gp surgery nearby, and there is an excellent selection of shops and restaurants in both Eastcote and Ruislip Manor, all within comfortable walking distance.
Transport connections have been a real highlight, with nearby bus routes and easy access to the Metropolitan, Piccadilly, and Central lines, making travel into London straightforward. For those who drive, the A40 is only around a five-minute drive away.
The property has always been very well maintained by the managing company, with clean and tidy communal hallways and beautifully kept grounds. There is also a private rear communal garden, which is a real pleasure to enjoy during the summer months.
What attracted me most to Elliott Court was the ease of access to local amenities, whether travelling on foot or by car - a balance of convenience and calm that has made living here such a pleasure.
