Location
Kincardine o’Neil is the oldest village on Royal Deeside, lying on the north side of the River Dee between the popular towns of Banchory (8miles) and Aboyne (4 miles). The property boasts easy access to the Deeside way that runs west to Aboyne and Ballater and east to Banchory and Aberdeen. It offers walking, cycling and hacking. A short drive will also take you to the edge of the Cairngorms National Park. There is a local shop and excellent primary school with secondary education available at Aboyne Academy.
