About this property
"We bought this house in 2016 thinking we might stay for just a couple of years, but over nine very happy years later, it’s still been a hard choice to leave. Brislington has given us so much more than we ever expected - the perfect blend of Bristol’s urban life, whilst also feeling like a close-knit village community. We've loved our sunny garden; every spring, it bursts into life with peonies, anemones and daisies and with no neighbours behind, it feels wonderfully quiet and private as well as being a haven for wildlife. Some of our happiest memories in this house are enjoying BBQs and sunsets on the decking, watching the birds in the trees"
The Home
This beautiful three bedroom terraced house is on one of the most popular streets in Brislington. The ground floor features a double reception room to the front extending into an attractive bay window. High ceilings, original fireplaces and exposed floorboards packs this space with plenty of character. To the rear is a modern kitchen with fitted appliances and there is also space for a breakfast table. Upstairs the house has been configured to provide a primary bedroom to the front, a well ventilated family bathroom, and then two smaller rooms, one perfect for a home office or nursery whilst the back bedroom can fit a double bed. There is also plenty of storage throughout the property with a partially boarded sizable loft, a cupboard on the landing and a convenient cupboard under the stairs
The Outside
The garden of this house is a real selling point. With its south west facing aspect you get plenty of natural sunlight and there is a raised decking area along with enough garden space to grow your own veg. The garden backs onto the disused railway so there is plenty of privacy.
