We moved to North Camp in 2015 and were immediately drawn to both the house and the area. The modern feel of the property really appealed to us, particularly the open living space, which is light and spacious, and the lovely view over the allotments & playing field.
The garden is south facing so we have plenty of sun in the summer months and the bifold doors let in plenty of light. The underfloor heating downstairs keep us warm in the winter and the Villeroy & Boch bathroom ceramics were also a nice touch.
The area itself was a big part of our decision, with good schools nearby, a local family-friendly (and dog friendly) pub within easy reach, and several great parks all within walking distance. From the moment we moved in, the neighbours in our road were incredibly welcoming, which helped it feel like home straight away.

Area Comment:
Farnborough is a popular and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, and also Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology nearby.
