Owner's Insight

"Courtenay Manor is a delightful development with a genuine sense of community. We are fortunate to have a Right to Manage company, supported by a local professional block management firm, which together ensure the building is beautifully maintained. The development has recently benefited from a new roof, completed in December 2025.

I have owned the apartment for eight years, and from the moment I first viewed it, it stood out by offering so much more than others I had seen. The spacious three-bedroom layout, stunning views, generous balcony and private garage are features I have continued to value greatly.

My decision to sell is simply part of planning ahead for retirement. While the stepped access has never been an issue and has kept me fit, I felt it sensible to move before it might become a consideration. The absence of a lift has also helped keep service charges reasonable.

I have no doubt the new owners will enjoy life at Courtenay Manor as much as I have."

Step Inside

Accessed via a secure communal entrance, a stepped approach leads to the top (third) floor, where a private lobby opens into the Reception Hall featuring a telephone entry system and a cupboard housing the electric consumer unit. The Sitting/Dining Room is a bright and welcoming space with a south-easterly aspect, enjoying views towards Torquay Harbour and Tor Bay, complemented by an additional window with a pleasant green outlook. Wide patio doors open onto the sheltered Balcony, which also benefits from the impressive views. A cupboard houses the Ariston electric boiler. The Kitchen is fitted with a range of high-gloss white units with marble-effect worktops and an inset sink. Appliances include a Flavel range-style electric cooker with five-ring ceramic hob and filter hood, an integrated dishwasher, and under-counter space for white goods. A chrome heated towel rail and an easterly facing window provide both comfort and natural light with a green outlook.

Bedrooms & Shower Room

This spacious property offers a three-bedroom layout, comprising two generous double bedrooms and a third room ideal as a single bedroom or home office. The Shower Room is fitted with a modern white walk-in shower featuring a glazed screen, body spray and rain shower head, along with a vanity unit and heated towel rail. A separate WC enhanced with wainscot panelling.
