Seller's Comments...

I purchased the property at the beginning of 2022 as a first-time buyer, drawn to the area not only by its convenience but also by familiarity-i grew up nearby and have always appreciated the neighbourhood. One of the biggest selling points for me was how everything I need is right on my doorstep, making day-to-day life incredibly easy and stress-free.

The surrounding area is really pleasant, with a peaceful green field just below the stairs that’s been ideal for my dog to enjoy regular walks and playtime. From the very beginning, the neighbours have been exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

The property itself had been fully renovated prior to my purchase, meaning it was move-in ready-allowing me to settle in straight away and really make the most of the space. It’s been a fantastic home in a location that balances both practicality and community.

Dan & Adam's comments...

This brilliant maisonette really does feel like a house inside! It's spread over two floors with its own private entrance, you step into a handy lobby space, ideal for kicking off your shoes and hanging coats.

The finish throughout is superb, and the layout works so well. There’s a spacious lounge that flows through to a big kitchen/breakfast room across the back which is great for entertaining and double doors lead out to your own balcony. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms with loads of fitted storage, plus a well-finished bathroom. It’s all completely turn-key - ready to go, just drop your bags and move straight in!

Area Comments...

Maiden Place is such a handy spot in Lower Earley with everything you need is literally on your doorstep! You've got a pharmacy, Sainsbury’s Local, a great pub, Indian and Chinese restaurants, fish and chips, hairdressers, barbers; the list goes on!

It’s not just about the amenities though; there's a brilliant play park and a big open field nearby, perfect for dog walks or a kick about with the kids. Just behind the property you’ve also got Laurel Park, with its woodland trails, another play park, and lovely Maiden Erlegh Lake for peaceful walks.

Getting into town is easy too – regular buses into Reading and Wokingham are just a few minutes away so commuting really is a breeze from here. It really is a great location that ticks a lot of boxes!
