About this property
We’ve poured our hearts into completely renovating this BS3 end-of-terrace home to create the perfect space for our growing family. One of our favourite features has been the garden – it’s been a true extension of our home, hosting summer family parties and endless games with the kids. We’ve also loved having fantastic schools within walking distance, giving our children the chance to build lasting friendships right in the neighbourhood. And the off-street parking has been an absolute lifesaver, making everyday family living so much easier.
This home
Nestled into the Bedminster community is this beautifully presented and extensively renovated three bedroom family home. On entering the home there is the first of two reception rooms on your left, this snug living room is perfect for cosy evening. The second reception room is part of the open plan kitchen diner that has been recently extended and renovated. The exposed brick wall makes a statement in this contemporary kitchen design. The island creates plenty of space for food preparation but also provides a space suitable for socialising and spending time as a family. The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances and has plenty of storage. There is also a downstairs WC with statement tiling.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the main bedroom at the front of the home benefits from plenty of natural light through the large window, the room is generous with a king size bed and large wardrobes, and a small desk. Down the hallway from the main bedroom there is another double bedroom and loft access providing plenty of additional storage. The first floor has the family bathroom which has been recently renovated and extended. There is another small bedroom at the rear of the home which is a perfect nursery, office or walk in wardrobe.
Outside
The large private garden at the rear of the property is 40 metres long and has a driveway at the end that can fit 2 small cars. There is access at the side of the property to the garden.
There is also a small garden at the front of the home that sets the property back from the road.
