Seller’s View

i’ve really loved living here. The location has been ideal - it’s lovely and peaceful, but still offers great travel links, whether you're commuting or just heading into town.

There’s a real sense of community in the building too. Everyone’s friendly and willing to help each other out, which has made it feel like home from the start.

The apartment itself has been just right - two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two parking spaces, which has made day-to-day life so convenient. It’s a great size for one or two people, with plenty of space but never too much to look after.

It’s been a brilliant place to live, and i’m sure the next owner will enjoy it as much as I have.

Jack’s Comments

Now this is a really lovely two-bedroom apartment, and what I like most is how it manages to feel modern and homely at the same time.

As you come through the front door, you’re welcomed by a wide hallway that doesn’t feel cramped or boxy. Straight away it gives you that sense of space. There’s a useful storage cupboard here too, which is always handy for coats, shoes, or even the hoover. Then, as you move through the flat, it flows nicely into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area - the real heart of the home.

What makes the layout work so well is how everything has its place. The kitchen is tucked slightly to the side, so you're not cooking right on top of your sofa, but it’s still open enough that you can chat with friends while entertaining or keep an eye on the TV while sorting dinner. There's plenty of space for a proper dining table too, not just a breakfast bar, and the living area is roomy enough for a good-sized sofa setup without it feeling cramped. It's the kind of space that adapts to how you live, rather than you having to work around it.

Both bedrooms are proper doubles. The main bedroom is a great size - big enough for a king bed, wardrobes, and even a desk if you're working from home. The second bedroom is ideal as a guest room, nursery, or even a home office if you need it.

One of the big highlights here is the two allocated parking spaces, which is a real bonus for a flat, especially in such a well-connected location. Whether you’ve got two cars, or just want peace of mind when friends or family visit, it’s a real asset.

It’s a great flat, and one that suits so many lifestyles, from first-time buyers to downsizers or investors. It’s move-in ready, well looked after, and in a spot that ticks a lot of boxes.

Area Comments

The location here on Minley Road is a real strength. You're in a convenient spot that gives you easy access to both the town centre and the train station, which makes day-to-day life very straightforward.

Fleet station is only a short walk away, offering regular direct trains into London Waterloo, so whether you're commuting daily or just need the occasional trip into the city, it's a very practical setup. The M3 is also close by, so if you drive, getting around by car is equally easy.

The town centre is nearby and has a good mix of shops, cafés, and restaurants. It’s not a huge town, but it covers the essentials - supermarkets, coffee shops, a few independents - and it’s all quite accessible, which suits a lot of people who want convenience without things feeling too busy.

One of the standout features of the area is Fleet Pond Nature Reserve. It’s just down the road and gives you a great outdoor space if you like walking, running, or just getting some fresh air. It’s well maintained and popular with locals, especially at weekends.

The area attracts a broad mix of residents - professionals, downsizers, and investors - partly because of the transport links, but also because it’s a well-established part of Fleet that feels safe and settled. The nearby developments, like Fleet Mill, are modern but sit nicely within the area, so you get that balance of newer living with a more established setting.

Overall, it’s a location that works well for many different lifestyles, and it’s easy to see why properties here are in demand.
