And cloakroom, and from there the ground floor opens up nicely. At the back of the house is a large kitchen/breakfast room with double doors out to the garden. The owners have even added a brick-built BBQ, which is brilliant for entertaining in the summer. The kitchen also has glass doors through to the living room at the front, so the whole space feels bright.

On the first floor, there are three great sized bedrooms, and two of them have their own en suites, plus a family bathroom. Up on the top floor, you’ve got two more double bedrooms, and one of these also has an en suite - that’s three en suites in total and five genuine double bedrooms!

Tabby Drive is within the heart of Three Mile Cross and what we love most about this area is all the green space, there are loads of lovely walks literally on your doorstep. You’re also close to Shinfield and Lower Earley, which offer even more shops, pubs, and everyday essentials.

If you need to commute, this spot makes life easy. You’ve got quick access to the M4 and A33, the Mereoak Park & Ride for buses into Reading, and the Green Park train station with direct links into London. It’s a great location for families or anyone who needs solid transport options.
