A Stylish Two-Bedroom Cottage in a Prime Village Setting
Built in 2020 by Millwood Homes, this beautifully presented two-bedroom mid terrace cottage forms part of an exclusive barn-style development in the heart of the village. With its attractive weatherboarded elevations and thoughtfully varied architectural detailing across the development, the property enjoys a superb location close to the village shop, primary school, and a network of scenic country walks.
Inside, the home offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. An entrance hall leads to a cloakroom and a generous walk-in coats cupboard. The fully fitted kitchen is sleek and well-equipped, featuring integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, hob, and double oven. To the rear, a spacious double-aspect sitting room opens onto the garden via French doors and includes a further walk-in storage cupboard.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms. The principal bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, while the second double bedroom is served by a stylish family bathroom.
Additional features include modern gas-fired central heating and attractive grey double-glazed windows. Outside, the property offers two private parking spaces, an electric car charging point, and gated rear access to the rear garden. The garden itself is thoughtfully landscaped with a covered veranda and patio adjoining the house, a central lawn, and a further area of garden currently housing a hot tub.
We highly recommend a visit to fully appreciate the accommodation on offer.
