Seller's comments...
This has been a wonderful home for us for almost five years. We were the first into the property as a new build, and it’s been a dream.
We’ve added some personal touches, including a built-in media wall, a garden shed and a seating area at the end of the garden (great for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the summer).
The house is perfectly located between both Bicester North and Bicester Village, which has made commuting to London/Oxford/Birmingham very easy.
With Bicester Village, Garth Park, and the High Street just a few minutes away, we’re walking distance to everything you could need.
Something we’ve loved as we’ve discovered more of the local area, is just how close we are to a number of beautiful villages, with country walks and great pubs a short drive away; giving the best of both worlds.
We have lovely neighbours, on both sides, who have been warm and welcoming since the day we moved in.
Agent's comments...
Built in 2020 by the highly regarded developer Vanderbilt, this beautifully presented four-bedroom semi-detached home is located within a small, modern town centre development offering a blend of contemporary design, privacy, and convenience.
Set within its own discreet enclave of just three homes, the property enjoys a particularly private feel while still benefiting from access to a communal green and children’s play area. The development is ideally positioned close to Bicester town centre, local shops, rail stations, and Bicester Village, making it well suited to families, professionals, first-time buyers, and those looking to downsize.
The accommodation is arranged over three floors and is presented in true show home condition throughout. The ground floor features a magnificent, light-filled kitchen/dining room to the front, perfect for everyday living and entertaining. To the rear, the bright and airy living room enjoys direct access via French doors to the landscaped, low-maintenance garden. A stylish cloakroom completes the ground floor.
On the first floor are three well-proportioned bedrooms, all served by a contemporary family bathroom. The entire top floor is dedicated to the impressive principal bedroom, offering a private retreat with a sleek en-suite shower room and excellent storage.
Externally, the property benefits from two private parking spaces and access to well-maintained communal areas. A modest maintenance charge of approximately £380 per annum applies.
An exceptional modern home in a highly convenient and sought-after location, offering both lifestyle and practicality in equal measure.
