Accommodation
Stepping inside through the front door, the immaculate presentation of this modern home is immediately apparent. A small area to the right as you step acts as handy extra storage space, while stairs to the left hand side rise to the first floor. Also to the left, under the stairs is a ground floor cloakroom comprising a WC and wash hand basin. The kitchen is straight ahead, a slick and bright area with space for appliances such as a washing machine and free-standing fridge/freezer. There is a built in electric oven with four-ring gas hob and fitted extractor canopy over, while there is also a stainless steel one-and-a-half bowl sink/drainer among worksurface space aplenty, underneath a window overlooking the garden. A breakfast bar is fitted against the other side of the kitchen cupboards, allowing for informal dining, further to a lovely space for a dining table and chairs, with a wide single door leading outside. The dining area flows nicely into the sitting room through sliding doors, which is positioned at the front of the home, and can also be accessed from the right hand side of the hallway. The room offers the perfect blend of cosiness as well as a sociable feel as it flows into the kitchen/dining area.
Upstairs, three bedrooms are accessed from the landing, all of which served by the family bathroom. Here there is a white four-piece suite which consists of a WC, wash hand basin, panelled bath with tiled surround and an enclosed shower cubicle. The main bedroom is situated at the front - a comfortable double room, while a second double bedroom overlooks the rear aspect. Completing the home is a third bedroom which is unlike many other small 'box rooms'. The third bedroom here is a large single/small double with a lovely triple aspect, making for a fantastic bright home office space, with built in storage over the stairs.
Outside & parking
There is a tandem driveway to the left hand side of the house, with space to park two vehicles one in front of the other, in addition to a brick paved area in front of the house itself which holds a third parking space.
The garden at the at the back can be accessed via a pedestrian gate at the side and has been landscaped with a newly re-laid patio for easy maintenance. There are first borders at each side and the area is decorated with a small range of potted plants and small shrubs. Additionally, there is a timber shed in the corner of the garden for handy external storage.
