Greater London Properties Presents
A beautifully presented 657 sq ft two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a well maintained purpose built block. An exceptional opportunity in one of London’s most desirable locations.
The Property
Set on the top floor of the well-regarded Coram Mansions, this attractive 657 sq ft apartment offers bright, well-proportioned living space in a classic Bloomsbury mansion block. The flat is presented in good condition throughout and enjoys the feel-good benefits of its top-floor position, with a calm, airy atmosphere and plenty of natural light.
The accommodation is arranged around a central hallway, creating a practical flow between rooms. The reception room is a generous, versatile space with ample room for both relaxing and dining, making it ideal for everyday living as well as entertaining. The separate kitchen is neatly configured, offering dedicated cooking space away from the main living area and providing good storage and worktop space for anyone who enjoys spending time in the kitchen.
There are two well-sized bedrooms, each easily accommodating wardrobes and suited to a range of needs, whether that’s a main bedroom and guest room, a home office, or sharer-friendly sleeping space. A well-kept bathroom completes the layout, and the overall sense is of a home that’s been maintained with care and is ready to move into.
Location and Transport
Coram Mansions is superbly located on Millman Street, moments from the independent cafés, shops and restaurants of Lamb’s Conduit Street and within easy reach of the wider Bloomsbury and Clerkenwell neighbourhoods. Russell Square, Holborn and King’s Cross/St Pancras are all close by, making this an excellent base for the West End, the City and beyond, while the area’s green spaces, cultural institutions and universities are right on the doorstep.
'What the Owner Says'
This is a great area to live in, with great transport access to the Tube network, Train network, the Eurostar and London airports. There are multiple shops and supermarkets very close by including a pharmacy on Lambs Conduit Street. Very handy in a busy life!
It is surprisingly quiet, especially at night with limited traffic through flow. The apartment is in a quiet block and, as a woman whom often finishes work when it’s dark and walks home, the area feels very safe.
Great access to pubs and restaurants of varying price and style, so something for everyone including children. Fab for weekends & when guests visit. Many restaurants are only 5-10 minutes walk, with a very broad selection within a 10-20 minutes walk including areas such as Covent Garden, Soho, Exmouth Market and Coal Drops Yard by King’s Cross.
