This property is brought to you by Brighton and Hove's prime residential property specialist Claudia Romano.
Set on the highly desirable Brunswick Road in the heart of Hove, this elegant two-bedroom plus occasional office apartment offers over 800 sq ft of beautifully curated living space, combining refined interiors with an exceptional private outdoor area. The impressive open-plan reception and dining room is perfectly suited to both relaxed living and entertaining, enhanced by rich walnut herringbone flooring and a striking feature fireplace that creates a sophisticated focal point.
The contemporary kitchen has been finished to a high standard, featuring sleek cabinetry and premium quartz worktops, while the accommodation includes two well-proportioned bedrooms and a stylish modern bathroom. A generous storage room/occasional office provides valuable additional space, adding practicality rarely found in similar properties.
To the rear, the apartment enjoys a fully enclosed private patio garden, thoughtfully designed for low-maintenance enjoyment. The space features integrated feature lighting, an artificial lawn, and raised flower beds, creating an inviting and tranquil environment. Ideal for outdoor entertaining, the garden comfortably accommodates a BBQ along with a table and chairs, forming a seamless extension of the living space.
Perfectly positioned just moments from Hove seafront and promenade, the property benefits from all that Brunswick Town has to offer, including an excellent selection of independent cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. Hove mainline station is within easy reach, providing direct links to London, while excellent local transport connections ensure convenient access across the city. This exceptional home offers the perfect blend of coastal elegance, lifestyle convenience, and contemporary design.
What the owner says.......
I love that the apartment is just off the main drag of the Western Road which is teeming with life and vibrancy. You are surrounded by great bars, restaurants and cafes, a short hop to the beach and all the activities around the bandstand. We’ve loved it here with summer evenings relaxing on the beach, jazz on a Monday, dancing at the bandstand on a Friday, live music in the Paris House on a Saturday and spoilt for choice for a cosy Sunday roast during the winter. Sitting right on the border behind the calm of Hove and action of Brighton it is a wonderful spot to fully enjoy the delights of Brighton life. And yet, when it all gets too much, the flat itself is an oasis of calm and quiet. It is modern, spacious but also wonderfully private. Just be warned, you’ll never be short of visitors because it really is a fantastic spot to live. I will miss it dearly!
