Three-Bed Family Home With Scope To Modernise In Quiet Holmer Green Cul-De-Sac

This is one of those houses that’s nicely tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Holmer Green. A three bed semi detached home that’s been extended and looked after properly.
You come in through a small porch which opens straight into a bright dining area. It’s a good spot for family dinners or having people round, and the patio doors open straight out to the garden, which is handy in the summer.
The living room is a comfortable, cosy space to shut the door and relax. The kitchen’s been extended and is one of the real selling points – plenty of cupboards, lots of worktop space, and room for a breakfast table so you’re not tripping over each other in the mornings. There’s also a back door straight out to the garden, which just makes everyday life easier.
Upstairs you’ve got three decent bedrooms – two proper doubles and a sensible single – plus a modern family bathroom that’s all been done in a clean, contemporary style.
Outside, there’s a private driveway with space to park off the road and a single garage, which works well for storage or could be changed in the future if you wanted to (subject to the usual permissions). The rear garden is a good size, mainly laid to lawn with a patio area, and it’s nicely enclosed so it feels private. There’s also a shed for bikes, tools, or all the stuff you don’t want in the house.

Sellers View...The house is quiet and tucked away, but still close to everything we need. The kitchen and dining space has always been the heart of the home, especially in the summer when the doors are open to the garden and we’ve got friends or family round. The garden is private and gets plenty of use, whether it’s for a coffee in the morning or kids playing. Holmer Green has a real community feel, with good schools, lovely walks nearby and friendly neighbours, and it’s been the perfect balance of village life while still being easy to get into town or onto the motorway.

Area View...Holmer Green itself is a solid village – friendly, good schools, a few local shops, and easy access to countryside walks if you fancy some fresh air. You’re not cut off either, with High Wycombe, Amersham and the M40 all within easy reach, so it works well if you’re commuting but don’t want to live right on top of everyone.
