A Beautifully Presented Family Home With Clever Use Of Space And A Great Layout In Forest Park

Sellers Comments...

This home has been our haven in the midst of busy work and family life. It is warm and full of natural light, and its location has enabled us to spend huge amounts of time outdoors, walking in the woods, cycling at The Lookout and planting fruit and vegetables in the garden. Within minutes, you can be picking up some quick groceries, popping to the gp, doing the school run, catching the train or going for a lunchtime run in the forest. It's been the perfect balance of peace and ease.

We've also loved how the house has been able to flex with us as we've grown as a family, allowing us to create the spaces we've needed for different seasons of life. For example, from reading nook, to play area, to home office under the stairs. Plus, there is incredible (dry!) loft space for all those extra storage needs. The street is safe and quiet, with great neighbours too. We are ready for a bit more space, but we are so excited for the next family to make this house their home.

Area Comments...

Southwick Court is a great spot for families and first-time buyers alike. You’re close to local schools, shops and woodlands, with footpaths at the back leading directly to the park and school - perfect for day-to-day life. Martins Heron train station is also within easy reach, making it a convenient option for commuters, while Bracknell town centre is only a short drive away.

Ryan & Sanjay Comments...

The condition of this home really stands out - it’s been looked after incredibly well and feels ready to move straight into. We love how the owners have used the space, especially the study area tucked neatly under the stairs, which could easily double up as extra storage if needed. The en suite to the back bedroom is another big plus and not something you always get in houses of this style. It’s a great example of a home that just works really well for modern family living.
