Charmouth is a delightful village in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty situated on the Jurassic coastline, a unesco World Heritage Site.

The beach is renowned for its fossils, and a great attraction for both amateur and experienced hunters alike.

The village offers excellent amenities including newsagents/general store, bakery, hairdresser, doctors surgery, library, restaurants and pubs.

Much of the surrounding countryside is in the control of the National Trust and there are an abundance of footpaths within easy access including the South West coastal path.

The historic resort of Lyme Regis is just over 3 miles and provides sailing, fishing, many independent shops and a variety of pubs and restaurants.

Directions
Proceed up the hill in central Charmouth and towards the top turn left into Higher Sea Lane. Proceed to the bottom of the road where the road bends around to the right. On this bend take the left hand fork towards the sea. The property is on the right hand side after about 75m.
