Having lived in and loved the Bracknell and Wokingham area for many years, we bought
this home off-plan and have been very happy here from the day we moved in. The kids
have since grown into (almost!) adults, and we’ve reached a natural point where we’re
ready to move on to the next chapter.

Why did we choose this house originally? On the outside, it's situated at the end of a cul-
de-sac, so there’s no passing traffic to contend with. It has immediate access to
countryside walks in every direction. Inside, the space is really well proportioned with high
ceilings and built-in storage. The design is better thought out when compared with the
majority of other 3-bed homes. We love the large open-plan living space downstairs with
the underfloor heating. Having the separate utility room is great. There isn’t a tiny box
bedroom for one of the kids to have to put up with, all three bedrooms are a good size.
The garden has been landscaped adding a large sandstone patio, which is great for
enjoying the good weather, bbq's and entertaining.

The surrounding neighbours have all been friendly and supportive throughout our time
here. There’s a good mix of ages, with many young families, and it's a welcoming and
community-focused place to live.

This beautifully presented property offers an ideal family home, finished to Berkeley’s renowned high standard throughout. The ground floor also benefits from a separate utility room, keeping noisy appliances out of the main kitchen area, along with a useful coat cupboard to neatly store coats and shoes.

The kitchen opens seamlessly into a generous family room, creating a fantastic space for everyday living and entertaining. The country park stretches from the border of Binfield, through the development to 'The Legged Cross' at one corner and Larks Hill green space at the other. Warfield provides great access into Bracknell town, but also a swift exit in the other direction towards Maidenhead and Windsor.
