Owners comments...
We moved here ten years ago and we have loved living here however it’s time for us to move on as we have both retired and we want to move back to Devon to be near my family. We are tucked away in a quiet corner of Jennetts park with fantastic neighbours. There’s three flats down stairs & three flats upstairs and we all have an allocated parking space with four available visitors spaces. Our flat is south facing light and airy at the same time warm and cosy in the winter. We have made a lot of improvements over the years.
We are a five minute walk to the shops & school at Jennett's Park and there’s a lovely cafe’ next door to the co-op. There’s also some lovely walks at Jennett park meadows which is only ten minutes from our apartment and you can carry on through the woods to Easthampstead park hotel & on a sunny afternoon sit outside with a lovely glass of wine!
Area comments...
Jennett's Park is well known locally for the lovely community it has created - we so often move people up and down the property ladder within Jennett's Park. There are WhatsApp and private community Facebook groups, plenty of community events throughout the year and there is just about everything you need from a local Co-Op, an awesome pub & restaurant, tonnes of parks and green space to explore, and a very convenient location. Access to the A329M is around the corner and there are some excellent bus links into Bracknell & Wokingham, just a couple of miles down the road. East Park Gym is also around a mile away, and there are some great cycling and running routes locally.
Ryan & Sanjay's comments...
We always think back to when we were buying our first places, and if this home had been around we would have jumped at the chance! From a practical perspective, the lease is 107 years remaining, and the ground rent and service charges are about average for the area. There's allocated parking out the front as you turn into your private cul-de-sac location. The apartment feels brand new inside - the kitchen\lounge is open plan and all the appliances are integrated so it's neat, tidy, and modern. There is a big bay window in the lounge which let's in lots of light so you can really let the outside in on a nice summer's day. This whole home is in immaculate condition and if you're looking for your first home then this maybe the one for you.
