Period end-terraced cottage in prime beverley location

Summary
This beautifully presented period end-terraced cottage is perfectly positioned on pasture terrace, offering easy access to beverley town centre and the stunning westwood pasture. With its immaculate interior, this home features an open-plan living space, a modern kitchen with a breakfast island, two double bedrooms (one with an en suite), and a smartly appointed ground floor bathroom. Outside, there’s a private rear courtyard within a walled boundary. Ideal for first-time buyers, investors, or those looking to downsize.

Our Thoughts
This property is a real standout for its location and presentation. Situated on the highly regarded pasture terrace, it’s just a short walk to the heart of Beverley and the beautiful westwood pasture. The open-plan living area is a real highlight, and the well-thought-out kitchen that includes a central breakfast island and integrated appliances. The ground floor also offers a utility lobby and a modern bathroom, which is a great use of space. Upstairs, the two double bedrooms are both well-sized, with the principal bedroom benefiting from an en suite shower and fitted wardrobe. The rear courtyard is low-maintenance and private, making it a great spot to relax. This property is perfect for a range of buyers, whether you’re taking your first step on the property ladder, looking for an investment, or wanting to downsize without compromising on location or style.

Owner's Thoughts
We’ve loved living here, especially being so close to everything Beverley has to offer. The location is fantastic – you can walk to the town centre in minutes, and the Westwood is just around the corner for a bit of fresh air and greenery. The open-plan layout downstairs has been great for everyday living, and the kitchen is one of our favourite spaces, with the breakfast island being a real hub for everything from morning coffee to catching up with friends. The bedrooms are both a good size, and having the en suite in the main bedroom has been really handy. The courtyard has been a lovely little spot to sit out in, and it’s easy to maintain. We’re sure whoever moves in will enjoy it as much as we have.
