The Park Estate was originally formed from Nottingham Castle's historic deer park and is now widely regarded as one of the city's most prestigious residential locations. Renowned architects such as P. F. Robinson, Watson Fothergill, and T. C. Hine were responsible for designing many of the impressive properties that define the estate today.
It was not until the late 1800s that The Park began to be recognised as a formal residential estate, developing into the highly desirable area admired today.
