Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

Tarvin was notable in 2025 for an excellent rate of house sales and increasing popularity. This trend looks set to continue in 2026 and accordingly, we are delighted to offer to the market a stylish, impeccably presented and very well positioned semi detached house. It extends to a little under 1200 square feet and enjoys a head of road position with no passing traffic in addition to a south facing garden.

The position is notable as it enjoys unspoilt views and access to Tarvin¿s Woodland Walk. The Tarvin Community Woodland Trust is a charitable organisation that manages this lovely 13 acre (5-hectare) community woodland alongside the A51 Tarvin south-western bypass, providing a natural habitat for local flora and fauna while enhancing the quality of life for residents.

This home was constructed in 2016 and is freehold tenure. It is highly energy efficient, rating 85 out of 100 and with ample flexible space on offer, it should appeal to a wide range of interested parties.
