Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman
This unusual and interesting piece of land extends to circa 1.40 acre and is located behind houses on both Walkers Lane and Rhuddal Heath. It is accessed via a narrow track on the latter. It is likely to be of interest to speculators and investors.
The land can be viewed at any reasonable time of day at the viewers own risk. The field is now in need of cultivation so great care should be taken.
