There is also a bus stop close by that takes you into central High Wycombe for the Eden Shopping Centre and The Swan Theatre.
Sands is an area with plenty of greenery and the house is close to two wooded areas (Roundwood Park and Castlefield Woods) for relaxation and walking. The garden itself is secluded and not overlooked directly by anyone else.
