Over the past few years, the property has been completely transformed through a full renovation and series of high-quality upgrades. The house has been fully replumbed and rewired, and benefits from both a rear extension and a loft conversion, creating a generous and modern family home finished to a high specification throughout.
Inside, there are four double bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with its own luxury en-suite. The kitchen is one of the real highlights of the home, designed with quartz worktops and bifold doors that open onto a beautifully landscaped garden—perfect for entertaining and indoor–outdoor living. The lounge has a warm, contemporary feel with a Venetian plaster feature wall, complete with decorative niches and a dedicated TV space that gives the room a luxury finish.
Living in this area has been fantastic for us, especially with a young family. It’s a quiet, friendly neighborhood, with lots of other young families and neighbours who are always happy to stop and chat. One of the unique things about the area is the community spirit: Redvers Road, just adjacent to Buller Road, closes one Saturday a month to allow children to play safely in the street and for neighbors to socialise. There are also plans for the same scheme to be introduced on Buller Road, which will only strengthen the sense of community even further.
The location has been really convenient. We’re only a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with direct buses into Churchill Square in around 15 minutes, or it’s roughly a 35–40 minute walk to the beach. Moulsecoombe Station is about an 8-minute walk, giving quick and easy access into Brighton Station and further afield. Local shops are a short walk away, and we’ve always appreciated the easy access to both the A27 and A23, making commuting and day trips straightforward.
Overall, it’s been a brilliant place to live — a modern, comfortable home in a friendly, community-focused area with great transport links and amenities close by.
