“We have enjoyed living here for 20 years. The location is stunning. From our elevated position we love the open views of the Ilsham Valley and woodland. Our garden gives us privacy and a peaceful environment with abundant wildlife to enjoy. Meadfoot beach with its excellent café and the sw Coast Path are just a 2 minute stroll away. We love our walks from the door; to the west we can walk along the coast path to Torquay Harbour enjoying meals at the Michelin starred Elephant restaurant and to the east we enjoy strolling around Hopes Nose, a sssi, with very special geological, ornithological and botanical features. We are just a short walk from Wellswood village, Anstey’s cove and the Little Theatre.

On the practical side the property has been completely rewired with a modern heating & hot water system installed. It is time for us to downsize and be closer to family in se England. We hope our purchasers will enjoy our home and its access to coastal living just as much as we have “.
