Vendors Comments:
When we bought the house, we fell in love with the quintessentially Victorian period features including the bay window, high ceilings and original fireplaces. Living in the heart of Sidcup has provided us with proximity to excellent schools and easy transport links which have given us unparalleled connectivity and convenience.
In any other circumstances the house would be our forever home; however, we have a once in a lifetime opportunity to relocate overseas for work which we have decided to pursue. We feel that we have elevated the house into a home, and with Carly’s help, we know that the next occupiers after us will adore the house as we do.
