Our Thoughts
This property is a fantastic example of a modern family home that ticks all the boxes. The ground floor is well thought out, with a welcoming entrance hall, a spacious lounge with dual-aspect windows, and a large open-plan living, dining, kitchen that’s perfect for family life or entertaining. The french doors leading to the garden bring in plenty of natural light, and the separate utility room is a practical addition.
Upstairs, the layout is ideal for families. The principal bedroom suite with its en suite shower room is a real highlight, and the two further double bedrooms on the first floor are served by a well-appointed house bathroom. The second floor is a great bonus, offering two additional bedrooms and a shower room – perfect for teenagers, guests, or even a home office setup.
The garden is private and easy to maintain, with a patio area and lawn, while the detached double garage and driveway provide plenty of parking. The property is in excellent condition throughout, so there’s nothing for buyers to do but move in and enjoy.
Owners Thoughts
We’ve loved living here as a family. The house has been perfect for us, with plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and areas where we can all come together. The kitchen is the heart of the home, and we’ve spent so much time there, whether it’s cooking, eating, or just catching up at the end of the day.
The location has been brilliant too. Being in a cul-de-sac means it’s quiet and safe, and we’ve got everything we need close by – shops, schools, and great transport links. The garden has been a lovely space for the kids to play, and the garage and driveway have been really handy for parking and storage. We’re only moving because we need to relocate, but we’ll miss this house and the area a lot.
