We've enjoyed over 35 years living in this comfortable, spacious house with a large garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. We extended our property in 2013 to add a master en-suite bedroom and create more open living space with patio doors leading out to the outdoor space. Our children grew up here, in this lovely friendly location and enjoyed using the garden as a playground with friends. It has given us many wonderful memories to cherish: Summer parties & BBQs in the garden as well as indoor gatherings all year round. With such close proximity to Swinley Forest for walking & cycling, the village shops and amenities, schools & transport links, we have been very happy here. We are confident that our buyers will also enjoy the property and location. Now the children have flown the nest, we too have decided to fly off to enjoy our retirement near the coast.

Our sellers have perfectly summed up why not only is this a great home, but a great location too and perfect for families with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep. The double doors open up onto the decking and garden bringing in some great natural light.
This home has been extended and upstairs now offers some excellent bedroom space. The family bathroom is a great size with plenty of natural light pouring through but the master bedroom also has it's own en suite boasting the corner bath and separate shower.
Outside the garden is a great entertaining space and has gives you side access to the front of the home, where you've got ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles.
