Having lived in Maidenhead town centre for several years, we were excited to purchase our first home in 2022. We sought a quieter location and found everything we were looking for in Furrow Way. This area of Cox Green offers excellent local schools, nearby parks, and essential amenities: A food shop within a two-minute walk, convenience stores, a salon, and easy access back to the town centre and train station. For leisure, we love running and cycling on the multiple trails Cox Green has to offer.

We moved in after a refurb and loved making changes which included painting, custom wallpapers, full carpet change, WC, new fencing and a few changes in the garden to make it a bigger space for children to play and to host family gatherings. Located in a safe and welcoming Cul-de-Sac, we've been blessed with lovely neighbours who are always happy to help. Our children frequently ride their scooters and bikes in the driveway and sometimes on the road. The large driveway comfortably accommodates 3 to 4 cars, making visits from friends hassle-free.

Our home offers flexible living spaces. Our ground-floor study/office has often doubled as a single bedroom for visiting family and friends. The heated conservatory provides valuable extra space and opens directly into the garden, making it ideal for hosting small gatherings. The south-facing garden brings abundant natural light and warmth into the conservatory, creating a lovely, bright living area.

This beautiful, spacious house is filled with love and happy memories. While we will be sad to move, our family has outgrown the space, and it's time for us to upgrade. We are living proof that this is the perfect home for a small family or a couple planning to start one. We have loved every minute here, and this home is now eagerly awaiting its new family.
