Owners Comments....
We were drawn to this home because of its location and the lifestyle that Farnham Common offers. From the moment we moved in, the house felt modern, warm and full of light, with a real sense of calm every time we walked through the door. It’s been a peaceful place to come home to, while still being practical for everyday family life.
Farnham Common was the perfect choice for us as it offers the best of both worlds. You get that genuine village feel, but with easy access to nature and a great selection of amenities. Being able to walk into Burnham Beeches almost daily has been a real luxury, whether it’s for a longer walk, fresh air or simply switching off after a busy day.
The social side of the village is something we’ll really miss. There are so many welcoming pubs within walking distance, making it easy to meet friends, enjoy a Sunday roast or just pop out for a relaxed drink. The High Street has everything you need day to day, from the pharmacy to local boutiques and cafés, which makes life here incredibly convenient.
What has really stood out for us is the sense of community. It’s friendly, welcoming and feels like a place where people genuinely look out for one another. We’ve loved enjoying the peace of the countryside while never feeling isolated, and that balance is what makes this area so special to us.
James The Agents Comments...
This is the kind of home that really ticks the boxes for modern village living. It’s end-of-terrace, finished to a great standard and genuinely turn-key, which is exactly what many buyers are looking for right now. The parking is a real standout - four spaces in total is a huge plus for Farnham Common - and the low-maintenance garden makes it easy to enjoy without the upkeep.
Add in the proximity to the High Street and Burnham Beeches, and you’ve got a property that offers both convenience and lifestyle. I’d expect strong early interest from buyers wanting to move straight in and secure a home in one of the area’s most popular villages.
