About this property
Waking up on a Saturday morning to sunshine streaming through the flat and heading across to Eastville Park for the weekly parkrun has been one of my favourite routines. I’ve also loved lunchtime strolls around Greenbank Cemetery, 2 minutes from the flat. This flat has been my first home, and i’ve really enjoyed making it my own, a cozy, safe haven to come back to.
The Home
This two bedroom, first floor flat on Queen Street in Eastville feels bright, well-proportioned and thoughtfully laid out. Set within a traditional residential terrace, the flat is one of two in this building and both flats have 50% of the freehold. The first floor flat is set over two floors, with the smaller of the two bedrooms being on the lower floor. As you walk up the stairs to the top floor is the main bedroom which is a generous size. The kitchen/dining/living room sits at the heart of the home and is a generous size, offering ample space for cooking, dining and socialising. Finished with contemporary cabinetry and worktops, it provides plenty of storage and workspace, with room for a dining table by the window. Adjacent to the kitchen is the recently renovated bathroom.
With an approximate floor area of 42 sq m / 452 sq ft, the layout has been cleverly designed to maximise space and natural light throughout. This home would suit first-time buyers, downsizers or investors alike.
