Having lived just down the road all my life, I can honestly say i’d highly recommend the area – it’s friendly, family-oriented and a great place to settle. Hawley Woods and Hawley Lake are right on the doorstep and have always been favourites for my runs, walks and family time.

Farnborough is a popular and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, and also Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology nearby. Nearby to the property is Hawley Woods, which is a large patch of woodland that locals love for walking, running, and getting out into true foresty green space. Within Hawley Woods is Hawley Lake, which is a large lake with an outdoor water-sports hub that’s part of the local Mod-owned Hawley Common area.
