3. Plenty of local amenities on my doorstep, from Lidl to Bell Quadrant within minutes, which has Tesco, Costa and more.
4. Handy for commuting. Both Holytown and Carfin train stations around a 15 min walk offering access to Glasgow/Edinburgh. Likewise, the M8 is quickly accessed from the property, linking in with the M74 and M80 really easily.
5. The neighbours have all been here a while. Very friendly and help each other out when it comes to deliveries and bin day.
