Why Buy This Home.....

As you enter this spacious apartment, you are greeted by a generous hallway, complete with a large storage cupboard and plenty of space to hang coats and store shoes before stepping into the main living area. You’ll also notice the lvt flooring that runs seamlessly through both the hallway and main living space, adding a sleek and practical finish.

With its naturally flowing layout, you step into the open-plan living space, a bright and versatile room that feels both spacious and welcoming. There’s plenty of room for a large corner sofa, or even two separate sofas, alongside a dining area with a four-seater table and chairs. The flexible layout also makes it perfect for working from home, with enough space for a desk without compromising the living or dining areas. A feature wall with acoustic panelling adds character, while the walk-out balcony is a real treat, offering the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine.

The kitchen is fully integrated with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and gas hob, making it as practical as it is stylish. The cashmere-coloured units paired with crisp white worktops create a fresh, modern contrast, while the abundance of windows floods the room with natural light, giving it a bright and cheerful atmosphere. It’s the perfect space for preparing meals, enjoying breakfast with the family, or simply catching the morning sun with a cup of coffee.

One of the home’s standout features is the generous size of the bedrooms. The principal bedroom is a peaceful retreat, easily accommodating a king-size bed while leaving plenty of room for freestanding or built-in wardrobes to maximise the space. Light floods in, creating a bright and airy atmosphere, and the ensuite with a double shower adds a touch of luxury, while keeping the main bathroom free for guests. The second bedroom is also a generous double with direct access to the balcony, offering a little slice of the outdoors, ideal for a guest room or home office.

To complete the home, there is a family bathroom featuring a bath, a shower with a glass screen, a large mirror, and a heated towel rail, a practical and stylish space for everyday family use.

Please note: There is an option to purchase all the furniture in this home.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. With some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq ft Asda. At the end of April 2019 the Turning Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
