The sellers view...
When we moved to Maidenhead, we were looking for a spacious home that was on a nice quiet road with a community feel, that while peaceful, also wasn’t too far away from town and this home checked all of the boxes.

This house has been a much-loved home for us and holds many special memories. From the moment we moved in, it has offered a warm and comfortable space that has been perfect for everyday living. The three bedrooms are well-proportioned, and the bright, welcoming open plan living areas have been ideal for both quiet evenings and spending time with family and friends. The large secondary living room has also been ideal, using it as an entertainment room, could also make for a 4th bedroom if needed.

The house is set in a truly lovely neighbourhood, with a friendly community feel, and we’ve appreciated having local amenities, schools, and transport links all close by, and as theatre lovers the nearby train station has been a real bonus too, making trips into London quick and convenient. Wanting to make the property our own we had a custom fitted kitchen put in with lots of storage space, along with a wall to wall build in wardrobe in the master bedroom. The secondary upstairs bedroom has additional storage space under the window which has come in very handy over the years, along with all the space in the attic.

The house has a good-sized front and back garden with lots of space for flowers and plants, along with a large garage for storing your gardening equipment and another other bits and bobs. Being only a few minutes away from the M4, it was ideal for both me and my partner to commute to work. Letting go of this house hasn’t been an easy decision, and we hope the next owners will create as many happy memories here as we have.
