A rare opportunity to acquire a beautifully refurbished three-bedroom top-floor apartment within Nashdom Abbey, one of the area's most distinctive and historic residential developments.

Originally designed by renowned architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, Nashdom Abbey is a Grade II* listed country house set within approximately 17 acres of landscaped communal gardens and woodland. The property was converted into a collection of private residences in the 1990s, creating a unique combination of historic architecture, extensive grounds and modern residential accommodation.

His particular apartment has been recently refurbished throughout and retains a wealth of period character, including high ceilings, ornate cornicing, and oak flooring, while offering modern conveniences including underfloor heating throughout and upgraded double-glazed sash windows.

The accommodation centres around a particularly impressive 19ft reception room, providing generous space for both relaxing and entertaining. This leads directly into the approximately 19ft kitchen/dining room, which has been refitted with a contemporary kitchen and central island. A skylight adds further natural light, with an adjoining utility room providing useful additional storage and practical space.

There are three good-sized double bedrooms, with the principal bedroom measuring approximately 17ft and benefiting from fitted wardrobes and a modern en-suite shower room. The additional bedrooms provide excellent flexibility for family accommodation, guests or home working. A further family bathroom has also been refurbished and features a freestanding double-ended bath.

The apartment benefits from top-floor positioning, and a boarded loft space, providing valuable additional storage. Externally, the property benefits from an approximately 18ft garage and secure allocated parking, accessed via electronically operated gates.

One of the major attractions of Nashdom Abbey is the exceptional communal environment. Residents have access to approximately 17 acres of private woodland and landscaped grounds, together with a heated outdoor swimming pool, gym, hard tennis court and BBQ area. A full-time Estate Manager/concierge service also helps maintain the building and grounds.

Offered with no onward chain, this is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a substantial three-bedroom apartment combining period architecture, modern refurbishment, extensive private grounds and an impressive range of resident facilities.
