We moved into Kingsoak Court in 2020 as first‐time homeowners, immediately drawn to the natural light that fills the lounge and kitchen throughout the day. The apartment is part of a small, gated development of just ten homes, which gives it a real sense of privacy, security, and calm. With plenty of parking and open views over Cox Green Lane, it feels peaceful as soon as you arrive.

One of the things we’ve appreciated most is the strong sense of community. The building is well looked after, and any issues are dealt with quickly by the management team. The neighbours are friendly, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand. The shared garden is another highlight, with mature trees and shrubs that are carefully maintained and provide a lovely outdoor space.

The location has been incredibly convenient. Both the M4 and M40 are less than a two‐minute drive away, making commuting very easy. Everyday essentials-shops, a post office, and a pharmacy-are all within walking distance. Two local parks are just a short walk away, and families will value having two Primary schools and a Secondary school nearby, as well as the Cox Green Community Centre and Sports Facility. Brill Green is also close and hosts the popular annual May Fair, which is a real favourite in the area.

We’re sad to leave a home that has meant so much to us, but we’re looking forward to the next chapter. It’s a great opportunity for someone new to become part of the Kingsoak Court community and enjoy everything this lovely place has to offer.
