This beautifully presented and extensively renovated three-bedroom semi-detached property is located in a quiet corner of Sturry and is conveniently positioned with easy access to local shops, parks, and highly regarded schools. Excellent public transport links, including quick connections to Canterbury city centre and direct routes to London, make this a well-connected base for commuters.
The property benefits from a driveway providing parking for up to three vehicles, along with an easily accessible garage.
The renovation has been completed to a high standard, with new lighting, ceilings, a new loft hatch, redecoration throughout and almost entirely new flooring having been installed.
The layout has been thoughtfully reconfigured, with new doorways, select walls removed, and new walls built. The kitchen and bathrooms have been re-tiled and re-grouted, enhancing the appearance.
Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into a large and spacious open-plan living area, creating a bright and inviting first impression. To the right-hand side is a convenient ground floor WC, and to the left-hand side a purpose built utility area.
To the rear of the property, the impressive modern fitted kitchen features a butler sink, oven, and integrated dishwasher, and provides direct access to the garden. The rear garden is well proportioned and mainly laid to shingle, with an additional seating area to the rear. There is also existing groundwork in place for a porcelain patio, offering further potential for outdoor improvement. Upstairs, the property offers two large double bedrooms, one of which benefits from an en-suite bathroom and built in storage, a third bedroom, and a family bathroom.
