The Area

General Store is excellent for fresh food, and Flock and Herd is a great local butcher. Lordship Lane and its independent shops and supermarkets are a short walk south.

The much-loved Forza Wine, Levan, Lai Rai and Artusi are also nearby. Larger establishments, such as Frank's rooftop bar, Peckham Levels, and the Bussey Building, attract crowds from across the city.

For greenery and open expanses, Peckham Rye, home to the Sexby Garden, sports pitches, and The Round café, is also a short journey on foot. Nearby is Nunhead Cemetery, a woodland oasis with amazing views across the city skyline.

Peckham Rye is the closest station, running London Overground services (Windrush line); the Jubilee line can be reached at Canada Water. There are also National Rail services to London Bridge in seven minutes.
